Early Road-Mapping and Management Support
Marli Rusen will work directly with a manager or management team at the outset of a potential problem to map out the specific steps required to properly detect, diagnose and treat the workplace conflict. Marli will also provide ongoing support to the manager in the resolution of lengthy complex cases of workplace conflict.Conflict Audits
Marli Rusen will attend at the workplace and conduct confidential interviews with employees on workplace dynamics. Using her legal and investigative expertise, Marli will obtain information from employees that will assist in accurately identifying the root causes of the workplace conflict . Marli will then recommend legally defensible and practical solutions to end the workplace conflict.Workplace Conflict Investigations
Marli Rusen will conduct workplace investigations involving potential disciplinary, harassment or human rights issues and prepare a report that outlines her findings and recommendations for resolution. Alternatively, Marli Rusen can assist and coach an internal workplace investigator through the investigative process to offer practical suggestions and guidance and ensure that the investigation meets the legal requirements of procedural fairness.Workplace Conflict Mediations/Facilitations
Prior to a formal investigation, Marli Rusen will work directly with employees or managers involved in workplace conflict to assist them in arriving at an informal and early resolution that meets their mutual needs. Following a formal investigation, Marli Rusen will work with employees directly involved in the conflict and/or the broader work team/department to assist them in working together and moving forward in a constructive manner.Training and Education
A fundamental component of any conflict management system is prevention. In order to facilitate this, Marli Rusen offers workplace training in all aspects of conflict management.
