Supervisor and Management Coaching

On a daily basis, supervisors and managers are expected to make and communicate difficult decisions regarding employees and workplaces.
The most common complaint against management, regarding these decisions, relates to how they arrived at the decision and the manner in which they communicated the decision to staff.

One on One Performance Coaching

Through Management Matters, Marli Rusen provides confidential one-on-one performance management coaching to supervisors and managers to assist them in developing stronger skills in making and communicating difficult decisions. Through such coaching, supervisors work with Marli to explore and arrive at the most respectful and legally defensible ways in which to resolve workplace/employee issues, make necessary decisions and effectively communicate discipline, performance concerns and other workplace issues to staff.  

Coaching is available on a monthly retainer basis or on an as-needed hourly basis and can be done in-person, or by phone and/e-mail. Marli is available to assist supervisors with urgent or long-term decisions and makes herself available at any time, day or night, to ensure that supervisors and managers have ongoing support in situations demanding immediate attention.
