Marli's Thoughts
What does H1N1 have to do with Management Matters and the resolution of workplace conflict?
Employee & Supervisor Training Workshops
In addition to offering Supervisor workshops and training, Marli Rusen visits various communities throughout British Columbia to offer courses to groups of employers.
This is an excellent opportunity for employers to meet together to discuss recent workplace issues, receive up-to-date and practical advice from Marli, and share their own struggles and success stories.
Marli recently visited Kamloops, Kelowna and Prince George to host:
Turning Auto-Pilot Off: How to Resolve Human Rights Issues in a
Creative, Strategic and Cost-Effective Manner
In this session, Marli met with various employers to discuss the challenge of human rights issues in the workplace. Together, they explored the various ways in which these issues can arise - from hiring to firing - and spent some time focusing on proper management of harassment complaints and requests for workplace accommodation.
Please contact Marli Rusen, through our contact form, to be advised of any upcoming community training courses in your region.
